TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 18, 2009) - Castle Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE:CRI) ("Castle" or the "Company") announced today that, further to its news release issued September 16, 2009, the TSX Venture Exchange has granted final approval to Castle to extend the expiry date of common share purchase warrants issued by Castle as part of a flow-through unit financing closed in two tranches with 1,678,570 warrants issued on March 18, 2008 and 142,857 warrants issued on April 2, 2008, and a non-flow-through unit financing closed on April 2, 2008 with a further 2,340,000 warrants issued (the prior release of September 16, 2009 inadvertently reported 2,315,000 warrants from this part of the financing). The new expiry date for all these warrants has now been extended until September 18, 2010.
