In late 2009 Mina Mar met with Jeffrey Reid and discussed potential business transactions.

No transaction was ever consummated and Mina Mar Marketing Group received a letter to confirm the cancellation of any further discussions. In October of 2010 a statement was released to the shareholders of KMAG updating the company's status and included the following disclosure.

The facts are that there are no effective or pending agreements or understandings between the Company and Mina Mar that either will do anything, and Mina Mar is not the Company's investor relations firm - or anything else.
