The interview took place by telephone on Friday, January 18th, 2013, for a program called USA Financial Marketplace Update, the first finance TV channel in China, which is aired every night between 22:00-23:00, Chinese time. The program focuses on connecting Chinese speaking investors around the world with the US financial markets. The interview, which is scheduled to be broadcast in February, centers on the Company's plans to develop and roll out the Moto-Meter and Yes into global markets.
CBN iTV ([ www.yicai.com ]) currently serves 25 million households in 30 provinces throughout China in cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Nanjing. It also serves approximately 600,000 'opt in' subscribers who are members of the CBN club, having expressed specific interest in the US financial marketplace.
