VAPR Signs Distribution Agreement With VaporBrands Caribbean Ltd.
LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - Jan 17, 2013) - VaporBrands International, Inc. (
Safe Cig, the manufacturer of VBI's current "VAMP" brand, has agreed to manufacture electronic cigarette products with new brand names to be determined by Carib and subject to the approval of VBI, VAPR and Safe Cig. Then these private-labeled products will be sold to Carib or designee for resale, or directly to consumers for the mutual benefit of VBI, VAPR and Carib, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
