VirTra Systems to Replace Controller

TEMPE, AZ--(Marketwire - Mar 30, 2012) - VirTra Systems (PINKSHEETS: [ VTSI ]), a leading provider of [ firearms training simulation systems ] to military, law enforcement agencies and other organizations, today announced that the Company and its Controller, Jeff Lliteras, have mutually agreed to part ways. VirTra's management has accepted Mr. Lliteras' resignation and he will be leaving the Company in mid-April. His primary responsibility the past three months has been to manage the Company's first certified audit since 2007. Mr. Lliteras' leaving VirTra was not due to any disagreement between Mr. Lliteras, the Company or its management regarding any matter related to the Company's current accounting policies. Matt Burlend, Chief Operating Officer, will temporarily assume the responsibility of managing the Company's financial and accounting departments. VirTra is currently seeking financial or accounting officer candidates and expects to complete the search in the near future.
