NEW YORK--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Quantum Telecom Inc. ("Quantum", PINKSHEETS: QTMI) announced it has entered into a major licensing agreement with General Motors (NYSE: GM) related to custom designed cellular phone handsets based on the highly recognizable trademarks. The license will give Quantum exclusive rights to produce custom handsets under the Cadillac brand name in North America & China, HUMMER brand name for Asia and the Buick brand name in China.
