Shiza Shahid, co-founder of Our Place and author of "The Dish: Thoughtfully Curated Recipes from Our Place," shares her journey from cooking for friends to creating a successful cookware brand. Her cookbook features recipes inspired by her Pakistani heritage and global travels, designed to be cooked using Our Place's Always Pan. The book includes dishes like Chicken Biryani and Shakshuka, emphasizing simple, flavorful meals that can be prepared in one pan. Shahid's mission with both the cookbook and Our Place is to bring people together through food, celebrating diverse culinary traditions and making cooking accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
