Court documents show that the 41-year-old is the owner of the Dilworth home.

A Charlotte man, identified as 41-year-old Raymond Cureton, has been arrested and charged with multiple offenses including second-degree arson and burning personal property after allegedly setting several fires in the Dilworth neighborhood. The incidents, which occurred early in the morning, involved fires set to trash cans, dumpsters, and a carport, causing significant damage to a home on Scott Avenue. Cureton was apprehended by police after a brief chase and is currently held in Mecklenburg County jail under a $25,000 bond. The Charlotte Fire Department responded to the fires, and no injuries were reported.
