Dan Hedrington, a Senior Project Manager based in the SEH Chippewa Falls, Wis., office plays an instrumental role in growing the companyas energyand agricultural work. Danas background includes more than 25 years of experience in design, mining, rail, and construction engineering projects across theUnited States including but not limited to industrial, agricultural, residential, commercial, urban, and rural site development.

Jeff Pedersen, AIA, NCARB, with 29 years of experience leads a team of architects and designers from the SEH Denver, Colo. office. Since joining the firm, he has played a key role in growing the companyas architectural portfolio in Colorado and Wyoming. Jeff has extensive design, development, and management experience in several market sectors. He is currently playing an instrumental role in designing and delivering a multi-million dollar mixed-use development/transit project in Boulder, Colorado, which will serve as a signature design project for the community.

Heidi Peper,a Community Development Specialist, located in the SEH St. Cloud, Minn. officejoined SEH 10 years ago and has more than 17 years of professional experience in community and economic development, and marketing. As Senior Community Development Specialist, Heidi plays a key role in identifying and securing necessary funds to help our clients across Minnesota proceed with key projects. Specifically, she helps clients articulate their needs, researches funding options, coordinates affordable financing packages, including grants, low-interest loans, and other financial incentive programs.
