ELMWOOD PARK, N.J.--([ ])--Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE:SEE), a global leader in food safety and security, facility hygiene and product protection, today announced it has received the 2012 Clean Air Excellence Award from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The award is in recognition of the ReNew Air Scrubber program, an inventive solution for air pollution remediation. This award was given as part of the Clean Air Technology category, one of five categories the EPA has recognized since it launched its Clear Air Excellence Awards program 11 years ago.

Today, it is the number one solution for air pollution remediation at rendering plants. Customers include 10 of the top 12 rendering companies in the U.S. representing more than 59 scrubber installations.
