WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., May 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bunge Limited (NYSE: [ BG ]) will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, May 25, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at the Sofitel Hotel, 45 West 44th Street, New York, New York. The record date for determining shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual General Meeting and at any subsequent adjournments or postponements of the meeting was March 30, 2012.

For those unable to attend in person, the slide presentation given by Alberto Weisser, Bunge's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will be available at or prior to 10:00 a.m. on May 25, 2012 on the company's website, [ www.bunge.com ].
