Regal Resources Engages SRK Consulting to Prepare a Technical Report on Squaw Peak Property
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 9, 2012) - Further to its news release of March 14, 2012, Regal Resources Inc. (CNSX:RGR) ("Regal" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has engaged SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc., through its Toronto office, to prepare, in compliance with National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, a technical report on the Company's Squaw Peak project. SRK Consulting ([ www.srk.com ]) is an independent, international consulting practice which provides advice and solutions to clients, mainly from earth and water resource industries. For mining projects, SRK offers services from exploration through feasibility, mine planning, and production to mine closure.
Following satisfactory review of the report by the British Columbia Securities Commission, the document be filed on SEDAR.
