AFBG Makes Progress on Boat Recycling Partnership

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - Apr 16, 2012) - American Fiber Green Products, Inc. (OTCQB: [ AFBG ]) (PINKSHEETS: [ AFBG ]) has scheduled a meeting to finalize plans to open a Florida-based abandoned boat recycling operation.

Daniel L. Hefner, President and Chief Executive Officer, announced today that he expects a formal plan of operation and funding to be the result of a scheduled May 8th, 2012 meeting with land owners and potential funding partners.

AFBG Chairman Kenneth McCleave stated, "Recent press releases have generated a tremendous influx of interest in the company and the solutions we offer. Specifically, AFBG will offer a solution to the massive abandoned and derelict boat problem, particularly around the Gulf Coast. We have made good progress toward finalizing site selection for the start of this project. It is our intention to announce the chosen location by the middle of May 2012."
