OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 22, 2011) - Edgewater Wireless Systems, Inc., a leading developer and manufacturer of multi-channel 802.11 wireless communications equipment, announces that its parent company, KIK Polymers Inc. (TSX VENTURE:KPI) will hold a Special Meeting of Shareholders on January 12, 2012. Edgewater Wireless Systems, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of KIK Polymers.

The meeting will give shareholders the opportunity to meet the management team and conduct various orders of corporate business. The meeting will be held at 609 Granville Street, Suite 1578, Pacific Center, Vancouver, British Columbia beginning at 10:00am PDT.

Shareholders will have the opportunity to discuss with management plans to aggressively pursue business opportunities in the rapidly growing WiFi enterprise markets in various regions of the world. At the meeting, a resolution will be put forward to change the name of KIK Polymers Inc. to Edgewater Wireless Systems, Inc.

Additionally, the agenda will include:

1. A resolution to set the number of directors at five (5);
2. The election of directors to the Board;
3. The appointment of auditors of the Company;
4. The approval of the Company's Stock Option Plan;
5. The transaction of other business which may properly come before the meeting, or any adjournment thereof.

A formal notice of the Special Meeting of Shareholders will be issued to KIK Polymers Inc. shareholders as per applicable corporate law and TSX Venture Exchange requirements.

Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. is also pleased to announce that it has retained Phoenix Communications Group (Phoenix Group) to provide investor relations and shareholder communications services effective November 15, 2011.

Phoenix Group will provide its services on a consulting basis pursuant to an investor relations consulting agreement dated November 14, 2011 for a period of one year. Terms of the agreement stipulate that the Phoenix Group will be paid a monthly fee of $5,000 and that KIK Polymers Inc. has agreed to grant the Phoenix Group 400,000 share purchase options at an exercise price of $.375 per share, good for 12 months, subject to the terms of it's board approved option plan, TSX Venture Exchange vesting policies and TSX Venture Exchange approval of the investor relations agreement.
