KMA Global Solutions International Inc. Announces Memorandum of Understanding with PI Innovations

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 15, 2011) - KMA Global Solutions International, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:KMAG) is pleased to announce that it has signed a non exclusive Memorandum of Understanding to supply RFID labels and technology to PI Innovations. PI innovations is developing a suite of products and technology for the Baggage handling industry that covers Airports around the world and any other transportation format where luggage is placed. The annual baggage volume is over 2 billion bags annually in the airline industry alone.

PI Innovations has developed "Intellectual Property" in the field of managing baggage for the airline industry and other baggage like travel markets. The current management system is an International Third party provider to the Airline Industry. PI Innovations' systems are an in house system for the Airlines allowing for a functional tracking system for complete internal controls.
