DETROIT, Nov. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- General Motors Co. (NYSE: [ GM ]) today announced third-quarter net income attributable to common stockholders of $1.7 billion, or $1.03 per fully diluted share. In the third quarter of 2010, GM's net income attributable to common stockholders was $2.0 billion, or $1.20 per fully diluted share.
