(TSX-V: [ JVA ]) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Lundell to its board of directors and as its Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Lundell also serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Asantae.

Mr. Lundell is a founding shareholder of Asantae and, in recent months, has provided significant executive leadership.
