Bauer Performance Sports Ltd. to Hold its 2012 First Quarter Results Conference Call and Annual Meeting of Shareholders

TORONTO, Sept. 30, 2011 /CNW/ - Bauer Performance Sports Ltd. (TSX:BAU)  ("Bauer") today announced it will hold a conference call to discuss its first quarter financial results on Thursday, October 13, 2011, at 8:00 a.m. ET.

Kevin Davis, President and CEO, and Amir Rosenthal, CFO, will discuss financial results and performance for the period ended August 31, 2011.  The results will be released prior to the call.
