The firm believes that Nike may have then employed third-party vendors to use the first and last name of the customer and their zip code together to narrow down customers' home addresses.

Hagens Berman is investigating these claims to determine if Nike's actions constitute a violation of the Song-Beverly Credit Card Act of 1971. This Californian law makes it a crime to request and then record personal information from a customer paying with a credit card.
