CAMDEN, N.Y.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--International Wire Group Holdings, Inc. ("Holdings") (Pink Sheets: ITWG) today announced that it has postponed its annual stockholdersa™ meeting that was to be held on July 21, 2011. As a result of certain administrative difficulties with third-party electronic record-keeping following our recent corporate reorganization, a meaningful percentage of our stockholders did not have the ability to vote at the annual meeting.
The meeting will be rescheduled at a later date and stockholders will be sent new proxy information.
