Ralcorp Holdings to Report Fiscal Third Quarter 2011 Results on August 9, 2011
ST. LOUIS, Aug. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: [ RAH ]) today announced that it will release its third quarter fiscal year 2011 results on Tuesday, August 9, 2011. The third quarter results are for the three-month period ended June 30, 2011. The Company will also host a conference call the same day at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the financial results and to provide an update on the previously announced agreement in principle by the Board of Directors to separate Ralcorp and Post Foods in a tax-free spin-off to Ralcorp shareholders.
