WMS Promotes Rob Bone to Senior Vice President of North American Sales

WAUKEGAN, Ill. & LAS VEGAS--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--WMS Industries Inc. (NYSE:WMS) announced today that Rob Bone has been named Senior Vice President of North American Sales. The appointment highlights WMSa™ commitment to customer alignment, including greater support in working with customers to implement high-return solutions on their gaming floors. A member of WMSa™ Executive Committee, Bone has served as Vice President of North American Sales since April 2011 and continues to report to WMS Chief Operating Officer, Ken Lochiatto.

As Senior Vice President of North American Sales, Rob Bone will oversee the Companya™s efforts to improve day-to-day sales accountability and predictability, focus resources behind the sales implementation of new networked gaming applications, provide additional customer touch points and further strengthen customer service initiatives throughout WMSa™ North American sales and commercial operations teams. He is responsible for WMS National Account customers, which include large, multi-site casino operators and other key customers with large commercial operations. Among other initiatives, the National Accounts sales team is focused on establishing multi-year technology partnerships and collaborative development opportunities with customers. Bonea™s new responsibilities reflect recently implemented initiatives aimed at refining WMSa™ product plans to leverage its content and product development strengths a" which have driven nine consecutive years of annual revenue growth a" and ensuring that product and technology development are aligned with customersa™ near- and long-term needs.

As Vice President, North American Sales since April 2011 and earlier as Vice President and General Manager, Western Sales and Operations (beginning January 2010), Bone has held primary responsibility for the Companya™s key corporate accounts in Las Vegas and has managed the day-to-day operations for the more than 130-person Las Vegas office. From 2005 - 2010 he served as Vice President of Marketing during which time he worked closely with many customers to further their understanding of the Companya™s key product and technology development initiatives. He joined WMS in 2000, and prior to joining the Company held various positions in marketing and finance for several large multi-national casino operators.
