QINGDAO, China and ROCKVILLE, Md., Feb. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Synutra International, Inc. (NASDAQ: [ SYUT ]), ("Synutra" or the "Company"), which owns subsidiaries in China that produce, market and sell nutritional products for infants, children and adults, today announced its participation in the following conferences:

• ROTH Capital Partner's 24th Annual OC Growth Stock Conference, to be held March 11-14, 2012 at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Laguna Niguel, CA. Management is scheduled to present at 3:00 p.m. PT on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 and to meet with institutional investors throughout the day.

• Oppenheimer & Co.'s 6th Annual China Dragon Conference, to be held March 14-15, 2012 at Oppenheimer's 300 Madison Avenue office in New York City. Management is scheduled to present at 2:55 p.m. ET on Thursday, March 15, 2012 and to meet with institutional investors throughout the day.
