LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - June 3, 2009) - African Copper PLC (AIM:ACU)(BOTSWANA:AFRICAN COPPER) ('ACU') is pleased to announce that it has settled in full all the claims of Natasa against its subsidiary Messina Copper (Botswana) (Pty) Ltd ("Messina") and Matsitama Minerals (Proprietary) Limited . Accordingly, Natasa has withdrawn its petition for the provisional liquidation of Messina filed at the Botswana High Court.
