MOORESVILLE, NC--(Marketwire - March 5, 2009) - EV Innovations, Inc. (OTCBB: [ EVII ]) [ www.evinnovations.com ] is happy to announce that it has acquired the services of Washington DC firm Fenner, Gray and Associates. Fenner Gray is assisting EV Innovations with the preparation and submission of a multi-million dollar loan guarantee application being issued through the Department of Energy. EV Innovations plans to use the loan award to create 500 jobs many of which will be "Green Tech" and purchase a 400,000 square foot manufacturing and production facility. The facility will produce EV Innovations original concept all-electric powered cars -- the Inizio EVS, The Wave and retrofit select combustion engine automobiles into all-electric.
