NORTHBROOK, Ill., July 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation (NYSE: [ KS ]) ("KapStone" or "the Company") will release its 2012 second quarter earnings on Wednesday, August 1, 2012, after the market closes.
The Company will host a conference call on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. ET (10:00 a.m. CT) to review the results for the quarter.
