SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - July 13, 2010) - Today, [ Mochi Media ] announced a new contest for developers to create games for the Android mobile platform that run in Adobe® Flash® Player 10.1. The contest will award prizes to game developers and contest submissions will be showcased on Mochi Media's mobile-optimized site MochiGames, with games playable at [ http://m.mochigames.com ].
The 'Made for Mobile' Contest comes after the recent release of Adobe Flash Player 10.1 for mobile, which allows games built with the Flash Platform to be played on the Android mobile platform for the first time. Flash Player 10.1 has opened vast new opportunities for entertainment and media on mobile devices and contest submissions will showcase the exciting new gaming options for Android mobile phone users.

"Talented developers can now take advantage of the latest Flash Player 10.1 features to reach consumers across mobile and other devices."
