LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - July 2, 2010) - Action Products International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ APII ]), after discontinuing its toy manufacturing business, the Company is restructuring and diversifying its products and services to improve revenues and enhance future growth opportunities.

In 2010, the company's newly appointed Board of Directors are setting into action a plan to diversify the company's business. The initial projects include: software technology; health, fitness, sports and physical medicine; media and entertainment.
