Homewood Alabama Equips Fleet With ICOP

LENEXA, KS--(Marketwire - July 6, 2010) - ICOP Digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: [ ICOP ]) (NASDAQ: [ ICOPD ]), an industry-leading company engaged in advancing digital surveillance technology solutions, today announced the receipt of an order from the Homewood Police Department located near Birmingham, Alabama, the largest city in Alabama and the county seat of Jefferson County.

The agency made a purchase of over $98,000 in the second quarter 2010, following an initial order for over $77,000 earlier this year. To date, Homewood has deployed the ICOP solution for their entire fleet of patrol cars and motorcycles as well as the ICOP backend server solution.

ICOP continues to build momentum in Alabama with customers throughout the state including Mobile, one of ICOP's largest customers and the third most populous city in the Southern U.S.
