TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 22, 2009) - ANDINA Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ADM) ("Andina") announces the resignation of Mr. Rob Whittall from the Board of Directors, effective January 21, 2009. Mr. Whittall's experience has been very helpful during these early stages of Andina's development.
