Kalaeloa, O?ahu - February 8th, 2026 - The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) has officially inaugurated its inaugural transitional housing project in Kalaeloa, marking a pivotal moment in the agency's commitment to tackling the complex issue of homelessness within the Native Hawaiian community.
