ST. LOUIS, July 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: [ RAH ]) today announced that it will release its third quarter results for fiscal year 2012 in a press release to be issued before the market opens Wednesday, August 8, 2012.  The third quarter results are for the three-month period ended June 30, 2012. The Company will also host a conference call on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results.
