LEXINGTON, Ky., July 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Tempur-Pedic International Inc. (NYSE: [ TPX ]), the leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of premium mattresses and pillows worldwide, today unveiled two new mattresses featuring new TEMPUR-Breeze™ technology: the TEMPUR-Cloud® Supreme Breeze and TEMPUR-Rhapsody™ Breeze. The new TEMPUR-Breeze™ technology optimizes the sleep climate to produce an extra-cool feel for people who feel they sleep warm.

TEMPUR-Breeze™ technology works in three ways: producing extra coolness where the body touches the mattress, helping regulate body heat for a more comfortable temperature throughout the night, and channeling heat away from the mattress. The TEMPUR-Breeze™ cover feels cool to the touch and wicks moisture and heat away from the body. Below, the TEMPUR-Breeze™ comfort layer, which incorporates state-of-the art cooling material, draws excess heat away from the body, while the revolutionary new TEMPUR-Climate™ support layer transports heat away from the surface. 

The TEMPUR-Cloud® Supreme Breeze and TEMPUR-Rhapsody™ Breeze will be available for purchase at authorized Tempur-Pedic retailers and through [ tempurpedic.com ] beginning September 2012. The TEMPUR-Cloud Supreme Breeze offers an extra-soft TEMPUR-Feel and will retail for $3,499 (queen flat set), and the TEMPUR-Rhapsody Breeze offers a medium-firm, deep TEMPUR-Feel and will retail for $3,999 (queen flat set).
