ZHANGZHOU, China, March 1, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Zenix Auto International Limited (NYSE: [ ZX ]) ("Zenix Auto" or "the Company"), the largest commercial vehicle wheel manufacturer in China in both the aftermarket and OEM market by sale volume, today announced that it plans to release its unaudited financial results for the 2011 fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2011 on Thursday, March 8, 2012 before the market opens.

The Company will host a conference call, to be simultaneously webcast, on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. EST/ 9:00 p.m. Beijing Time.
