ALMELO, Netherlands, Jan. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sensata Technologies Holding N.V. (NYSE: [ ST ]) (the "Company") will issue a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2011 on Wednesday, February 1, 2012.
