MONTREAL, Jan. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Domtar Corporation (NYSE: UFS) (TSX: UFS) today announced the following tentative 2012 quarterly earnings release schedule:

• First Quarter 2012: Thursday, April 26, 2012
• Second Quarter 2012: Friday, July 27, 2012
• Third Quarter 2012: Thursday, October 25, 2012
• Fourth Quarter 2012: Friday, February 1, 2013

Consistent with past practice, each quarterly earnings release with accompanying financial tables will be issued before markets open, followed by a 10:00 a.m. (ET) conference call to discuss results. The above-mentioned dates are tentative and will be confirmed approximately three weeks prior to the official earnings release date.
