RACINE, Wis.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Modine Manufacturing Company (NYSE: MOD), a diversified global leader in thermal management technology and solutions, announced today that it will release its first quarter fiscal 2011 financial results for the period ended June 30, 2010, on Thursday, July 29, 2010. The company will conduct an earnings conference call and webcast for investors on that same date at 10:30 a.m. Central Time (11:30 a.m. Eastern Time).
