Encore Brands Signs LOI With Largest Independent Brewer in Mexico for Development of Brands

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - June 17, 2010) - Encore Brands Inc. (OTCBB: [ ENCB ]) and Cermex SA have signed an LOI for the development and distribution of various beer brands through Encore Brands worldwide network. The proposed multiyear agreement gives Encore the ability to begin building its portfolio of brands, with access to all of the brewery's resources.

The V.P. of Operations at Cermex, Leonard Moreno, stated, "As we looked at our multiyear goals and our current plans to expand the brewery's business, an investment in Encore Brands was a logical choice for us. We look forward to finalizing our agreement and beginning to execute our strategy."
