NEW YORK, June 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- USSE Corp., (Union Square) (Pink Sheets: UCRP), announced today the development of Union Square Licensing, Inc.

Union Square Licensing will focus on the implementation and growth of strategic licensing and merchandising programs as worldwide agents for a core base of licensors who value licensing as an essential part of their marketing efforts.

Jason Walker, former Vice President of Licensing for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, has been appointed to build and manage the day-to-day operations.  Mr. Walker will be responsible for expanding Union Square Licensing's intellectual property initiatives and licensed properties into a full range of consumer product categories.  He will also oversee the business globally for the portfolio of properties.
