TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 7, 2010) - Chariot Resources Limited (TSX:CHD) ("Chariot") announced today that it has obtained a final order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia approving Chariot's previously announced plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") with China Sci-Tech Holdings Limited (SEHK:985) ("China Sci-Tech").

The Arrangement has received the required approvals by the shareholders of Chariot and China Sci-Tech and is expected to become effective on June 10, 2010. Pursuant to the Arrangement, China Sci-Tech will acquire through China Sci-Tech Minerals Limited (an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of China Sci-Tech) all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Chariot at a price of $0.67 in cash per common share.
