LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - December 3, 2009) - Prime Star Group, Inc. (OTCBB: [ PSGI ]) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Craig H. Dennis as Chief Operating Officer of its wholly owned subsidiary, Global Fine Wine & Spirits, Inc. Mr. Dennis is an industry veteran with deep roots in the wine industry. Since 1971, the Dennis family has been a staple of the wine industry in the San Joaquin Valley of California. For the past 8 years, Dennis Farms, under Mr. Dennis' leadership, has been responsible for expansion and diversification of the 337 acres under production which has led to increased profit margins year over year. The 2009 harvest delivered to the wineries 8,835,060 pounds of grapes. Fully 30% of these grapes were made into wine and exported to Europe through Constellation Brands, Inc. The bulk of the production was used in domestic wines under contract with E & J Gallo Winery and The Wine Group.
