DELRAY BEACH, FL--(Marketwire - December 1, 2009) - [ Celsius Holdings ], Inc. (OTCBB: [ CSUH ]) announced today that Celsius®, the original calorie burning beverage, will be available at A&P and Pathmark Stores, which are owned and operated by A&P. A&P is one of the nation's first supermarket chains and operates over 337 stores in eight states and the District of Columbia. There are currently 140 Pathmark supermarkets in the New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia metropolitan areas.

Celsius®, the Original Calorie Burner, is healthy everyday refreshment that tastes great. Celsius has been scientifically shown to burn up to 100 calories and more per can by raising metabolism and providing sustained energy. Research demonstrates that consuming one Celsius prior to a work out may enhance the benefits of regular exercise, such as cardio fitness, endurance and body composition.

A&P and Pathmark will carry three popular Celsius flavors -- delicious sparkling Orange and refreshing, non-carbonated Green Tea Raspberry Acai and Peach Mango. Celsius will be sold in four packs and found in the Health and Beauty area of the stores. Celsius will support A&P and Pathmark with radio and print ads in areas where stores are located.

Kelly Michols, VP of Strategic Sales of Celsius, says, "We are excited to be carried by A&P and Pathmark supermarkets, both names which are rich with tradition and history in New York and New Jersey. As we expand our brand nationally, it is wonderful to be a part of A&P and Pathmark stores."

Naturally refreshing Celsius contains no sugar, no preservatives, no high fructose corn syrup, no aspartame, no artificial flavors, and very low sodium. Celsius drinks are powered by the proprietary blend of ingredients, MetaPlus®, that includes Green Tea with EGCG, Ginger, Caffeine, Calcium, Chromium, B Vitamins and Vitamin C. Scientifically shown to raise metabolism over a three-hour period, consuming Celsius results in a sustained calorie burn while keeping you energized.
