LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - October 16, 2009) - Prime Star Group, Inc. (OTCBB: [ PSGI ]) is pleased to announce IntelA-Pac, Inc., a Prime Star Group subsidiary, is launching its redesigned innovative pouch. IntelA-Pac's SmartPax pouch had been previously used for disaster relief contracts where water and ice were transported to critical needs areas. SmartPax's innovative technology created the perfect combination of durable product at an economical price point.

Prime Star Group and IntelA-Pac CEO Roger Mohlman stated, "Our innovative design allows our product to be used in various business segments as an alternative packaging option for military, schools, health clubs, and retail consumers. The SmartPax pouches are eco-friendly and superior to any other packaging of its category currently available in the market place. Where water is the liquid of choice, The H20 pouch costs approximately 80% less than PET bottled water to produce and takes up approximately 90% less space in landfills, offering a tremendous savings to the consumer and the environment. Landfills receive close to 38 billion water bottles a year; or as much as $1billion dollars worth of plastic"

According to an article appearing on FastCompany.com on December 19, 2007, bottled water is a $15 billion dollar industry, and American consumers spent more money in 2006 on bottled water than they did on MP3 Players or movie tickets.
