NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - July 13, 2009) - Swank, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ SNKI ]) announced today that it has entered into a strategic alliance with Style 365 LLC, a marketer of woman's fashion belts and accessories to many of the largest woman's specialty retailers in the United States. Swank, a leading distributor of men's jewelry and personal leather accessories under numerous licensed brands and private labels, will begin distributing women's belts this fall under a design and marketing partnership with Style 365. This strategic alliance will combine Swank's supply chain management skills, extensive retail partnerships and licensing capabilities with Style 365's proven ability to create woman's fashion belts and accessories that appeal to a broad range of consumers. Elisa Grimaldi, Style 365's Chief Executive Officer and Nicole Jefferson, Style 365's President, will be based in offices and showrooms located at Swank's New York headquarters.
