ST. LOUIS, Jan. 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: [ RAH ]) today announced that it will release its first quarter results for fiscal year 2012 in a press release to be issued after market close on Tuesday, February 7, 2012.  The first quarter results are for the three-month period ended December 31, 2011. The Company will also host a conference call on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results.
