At any time during the term, Empowered Products has an option to purchase the building for fair value, currently valued at approximately $608,000.

On June 30, 2011, Empowered Products completed a merger with On Time Filings Inc. which was founded in 2009. Empowered Products (EP Nevada) was founded in March 2002 and opened its first logistical center at its headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada in April 2004.
