CLEVELAND--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Cleveland Capital Management, LLC (aCleveland Capitala) owns a minority stake in Adams Golf, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADGF) (the aCompanya). On November 17, 2011, an amended Schedule 13D was filed by SJ Strategic Investments, LLC, John M. Gregory, James M. Gregory, Roland E. Casati and others (the aGregory Groupa). The Schedule 13D filed by the Gregory Group indicates that the Gregory Group intends to nominate certain individuals for election to the Company board of directors at the 2012 annual meeting. Further, the Gregory Group may submit the other proposals regarding the structure of the Company board according to the 13D.

Cleveland Capital is in support of efforts to change the composition and structure of the Company board of directors. Cleveland Capital, as a long time minority stockholder, would be in support of a proposal to change the composition of the Company board of directors because Cleveland Capital believes this is a necessary step to increase stockholder value.

Cleveland Capitalas support of the statements made by the Gregory Group in the 13D is conditioned on the specific nominees that may be proposed by the Gregory Group, but Cleveland Capital believes that there is a definite need for change in Company board of directors.
