CLEVELAND--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Cleveland Capital Management, LLC (aCleveland Capitala) owns a minority stake in Adams Golf, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADGF) (the aCompanya). On November 17, 2011, an amended Schedule 13D was filed by SJ Strategic Investments, LLC, John M. Gregory, James M. Gregory, Roland E. Casati and others (the aGregory Groupa). The Schedule 13D filed by the Gregory Group indicates that the Gregory Group intends to nominate certain individuals for election to the Company board of directors at the 2012 annual meeting. Further, the Gregory Group may submit the other proposals regarding the structure of the Company board according to the 13D.
