EAST GREENVILLE, Pa., Aug. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Knoll, Inc. (NYSE: [ KNL ]) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share payable September 30, 2011 to all shareholders of record on September 15, 2011.
