DIVIDEND

The Board of Directors of Aptargroup, Inc. (NYSE: ATR) yesterday declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.18 per share. The payment date is May 18, 2011, to stockholders of record as of April 27, 2011.

HISTORICAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION FOR NEW SEGMENTS

Aptargroup disclosed historical financial information for the Companya™s new segments today in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 8-K. As previously announced, the Company began operating under new business segments in 2011.
