PRINCETON, N.J.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (NYSE:CHD), manufacturer of ARM & HAMMER® consumer and specialty products, today reported that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of seventeen cents ($0.17) per share.
This quarterly dividend will be payable December 1, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 15, 2010. It is the Companya™s 439th regular consecutive quarterly dividend.
